ERP remains the source of truth — mobile is the interface.
Your operational teams (sales, warehouse, service) don't work at a desk. Their data reaches ERP with delay, through Excel, by phone. VOGO connects their mobile directly to ERP — no human middle-man, no duplication, no manual syncs.
The mobile app does NOT replace the ERP
ERP remains the source of truth for all master data (products, customers, accounts, organizational hierarchies, business rules). The mobile app is the execution interface for specific user types — not a parallel copy of the ERP.
Protection layer between mobile and ERP
We build an API gateway between app and ERP that: caches read-mostly master data, aggregates calls, throttling, retry, format transformation. The ERP doesn't see hundreds of calls per second — it sees a consistent, optimized traffic source.
Offline-first by design
The app works without signal: pending operations queue, conflict resolution at sync, local cache with TTL. The technician in the warehouse basement, the salesperson driving between counties, the inspector in the factory — all can work fluently and data reaches ERP when signal returns.
Fewer ERP licenses — same access
Not every user needs a complete ERP license. With a dedicated mobile app, you give limited operational access (only the actions they need) to dozens or hundreds of users, without buying as many ERP licenses. Direct cost reduced 30-70% on TCO licenses for mobile roles.

Does the app work offline?
Yes, by default. We use offline-first model:
- Pending operations queue — operation is recorded locally and sent to ERP when signal returns.
- Conflict resolution at sync (last-write-wins or merge based on your rules).
- Local cache with TTL on master data (products, customers, prices).
For critical data (orders, interventions, scanner reads) we operate completely offline; automatic sync when signal returns.
How is authentication done?
SSO with your corporate identity:
- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) — OAuth 2.0 / OIDC.
- SAP Identity Authentication Service (IAS).
- Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS).
- Okta, Auth0, Keycloak.
- ADFS for AD on-prem (SAML).
Short-lived tokens with refresh, stored in Keychain (iOS) / Keystore (Android). Biometric support (Face ID, fingerprint).
What happens to ERP performance?
The mobile app does NOT hit the ERP directly in production.
We build an intermediate layer (API gateway + cache + read-replica) that:
- Absorbs mobile traffic (rate limiting, throttling).
- Aggregates calls (1 mobile call = N ERP calls, optimized).
- Cache on read-mostly master data.
- Protects ERP from spikes.
