VOGO · Implementation agents
The agents that work through the phases of an implementation project
Analysis, design, configuration, development, testing, warranty and support — one agent for each phase, on the same project folder and the same requirement codes.
Each agent prepares and checks; the specialist of the phase approves and is accountable.
From requirement to production, phase by phase
A requirement captured during analysis keeps the same identifier through design, configuration or development and testing, up to acceptance and to support under warranty. The agents work on the same project folder, so the output of one phase is the formal input of the next.

Coming soonWhat the client receives at the end of each phase
Project management
The approved implementation plan, the monthly progress reports, the registers of risks, issues, decisions and changes, the internal review records.
Analysis
The analysis and requirements definition report: the system sheets, the AS-IS and TO-BE process models, the usage scenarios, the single requirements register, the traceability matrix.
Design
The design report and the security report: the logical and technical architecture, the data model, the interface catalogue, the migration strategy and the go-live plan with a rollback procedure.
Infrastructure
The licences delivered, the development, test and production environments installed, the recovery site, backup and restore tested.
Configuration, development and integration
The configured components, the implemented workflows, the integrations with their reconciliation reports, the migrated data and the source code handed over in full.
Testing
The test plan, the results for each scenario, the performance tests, the penetration test, the acceptance signed by the users and the defect register closed.
Training
The training materials, the sessions for users and administrators, the assessments and the evidence of knowledge transfer.
Final handover
Documentation that reflects the actual configuration, the source code verified together with the client, the operational takeover and the final report.
Warranty and support
The incident records with response times, the corrective releases and security patches, the periodic maintenance reports.
Each phase ends with its deliverable, reviewed internally and accepted through a signed acceptance report; its output is the formal input of the next phase, with the same requirement codes.
How the VOGO agents work
People decide
The agent prepares, calculates and checks; approval and accountability stay with the specialist.
On the sources of the profession
What it states about a standard or a law rests on sources kept locally; what it cannot find, it says openly.
In the organisation's folder
It works on the company's documents, kept in the organisation's folder and nowhere else.
