Integrated signing, sealing and timestamping, with automatic validity checks.
Signing should not mean leaving the flow
In many organisations, electronic signing exists but outside the system: the document is downloaded, signed with a separate application, uploaded back. Each step is a chance to lose the right version, and the proof stays in a file someone has to remember to keep.
Integrating signing into the flow removes the detour: the document is signed where it is, and the result stays linked to its record.
What the component covers
Signing by one or more people, in the order the procedure requires. Sealing the documents issued by the organisation, where origin and integrity matter, not the will of a person. Timestamping, which attests the moment and makes verification possible after certificates expire.
Validity is checked automatically when the document is submitted: the signature is confirmed, the certificate’s status at the moment of signing is checked and the result is recorded. A document with an invalid signature does not move on silently.
For documents that circulate outside the organisation, the result stays a standard file, verifiable by anyone, not one that can be opened only in the platform.
- signing by several people, in the order of the procedure;
- a seal for documents issued by the organisation;
- a timestamp for verification over time;
- automatic validity check at submission.
What the organisation gains
The approval cycle shrinks to the time needed for the decision, not the time needed to carry the document around. And the file stays complete: the document, the signatures and their proofs are in the same place.
At a later check — inspection, litigation, audit — nothing has to be searched for outside the system.
Questions and answers
Which types of signature are accepted?
The type is chosen per document category, according to the applicable legal requirements. The European framework is Regulation (EU) No 910/2014.
Can you sign from a phone?
Yes, through the mobile app, within the limits of the signature type chosen for that document.
Can signed documents be verified outside the platform?
Yes, if the chosen format is a standard one. Verification does not depend on access to the system.
What happens if a signature is invalid?
The document is flagged at submission, and the result of the check stays recorded. It does not move on without someone knowing.
