VOGO · Agent Training
The agent for training materials
The course plan, the materials, the presentations, the guides, the videos, the exercises and the tests — prepared and checked by the agent, on the application configured for the client.
For the training phase of implementation projects and for the organisation's internal training. The trainer approves and is accountable.
- Materials on the real application
- Every objective tested
- The trainer decides
Training materials prepared by the agent on the configured application; the sessions, by the trainer
The agent keeps together what easily drifts apart in training: the objectives, the materials and the assessment. Each module starts from what a role must do in the application, and its material, video, exercise and test all follow the same objective.
The steps and screenshots come from the VOGO eBS application configured for the client, with the exact names shown on screen, so trainees find in the application what they saw in training.
What does not follow from the application or the project documents is not invented; it goes to the open questions.
Less writing work. Materials up to date after every version. The same accountability, the trainer's.
The course plan
The objectives, the audience, the modules, their length and order, for users, administrators or trainers.
The course material
The material of each module, in Word, on the real flows of the application, with screenshots and step-by-step explanations.
The presentations
The slides of the training session, in PowerPoint, on the same structure as the course material.
The user guide
From the application video: each scene becomes a step, with its screenshot, caption and explanation.
The operating guide
The steps of an operation or a demonstration, each with the account, the menu, the screenshot and the expected result.
The video guides
The script, the recording on the application screens, the subtitles and the voice-over, ready to publish.
Practical exercises
Tasks on the data of a training environment, with a result the trainee checks on their own.
Assessment tests
The questions of each module, with the correct answer and the place in the material where it is found.
Link to certification
The materials aligned with the VOGO product certification exams.
Translation
The versions in other languages, with formatting and pagination preserved.
Distribution
The materials made available to trainees through a PIN-protected link.
The trainer decides
The agent prepares and checks; the final content and the training sessions stay with the trainer.
From the training needs to the training report
Training needs
The roles in the organisation, what each must do in the application and where they start from.
The training plan
The modules per role, with verifiable objectives, length, order and the session calendar.
The materials
The course materials, presentations, guides and videos, on the application configured for the client.
Exercises and tests
The practical exercises on the training environment and the tests of each module, tied to its objectives.
The sessions
The trainer runs the sessions on the prepared materials; attendance and open questions are recorded.
The evaluation
The test results, the trainees' feedback and the evidence of knowledge transfer, in the training report.
Training starts from the approved configuration and the project's test scenarios: trainees learn exactly the flows they will use in production.
What the client receives at the end of the training
The training plan
The modules per role, the objectives, the length and the session calendar.
The course materials
One material per module, with screenshots of the configured application.
The presentations
The slides of each session, for the trainer.
The guides
The user and operating guides, for the roles in the organisation.
The video guides
Videos of the main flows, with subtitles.
Exercises and tests
The practical tasks and the assessment tests, with their marking scheme.
Session records
The attendance lists and the minutes of the training sessions.
The training report
The participants, the assessment results and the evidence of knowledge transfer.
The materials remain the client's, in editable formats, for training new staff after the project ends.
What the client checks when accepting the materials
On the real application
Screenshots and steps come from the application configured for the client, not from a generic demonstration.
Verifiable objectives
Each module states what the trainee can do at the end, in terms that can be tested.
Every objective tested
Each objective of a module has at least one question or exercise that checks it.
The same words
The names of menus, fields and buttons, exactly as on screen.
Up to date
After a configuration change or a new version, the affected materials are redone.
Clean acceptance
The materials are accepted through a signed report, with no open observations.
The criteria are checked before delivery, not discovered at acceptance.
One module, from the role to the test
The role
The registry clerk must register an incoming document and assign it.
The objective
At the end, they register an incoming item with an attachment and send it to the right department.
The material
The module "Registering an incoming item", step by step, with screenshots of the registry screens.
The video
The same flow, recorded on the application, with subtitles, for revision.
The exercise
The trainee registers three sample documents on the training environment and checks the numbers received.
The test
The module questions check the objective; the result goes into the training report.
The same objective, from the plan to the test: if an objective has no exercise or question, it shows before the session.
The frameworks of the profession it works with
ADDIE and instructional design
Analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation: the order in which a course is built.
Needs assessment
What each role must know and do, compared with what it knows today, before anything is written.
Bloom's taxonomy
Objectives written on levels of learning, from remembering to applying and evaluating.
Gagné's nine events
The steps of a lesson: attention, objective, recall, content, guidance, practice, feedback, assessment, transfer.
The Kirkpatrick model
The four levels of training evaluation: reaction, learning, behaviour and results.
Adult learning
Andragogy and experiential learning (Kolb): adults learn by doing, on real tasks.
What it states about a framework rests on its sources, kept locally; what it does not find there it says openly. Documents and web materials follow the WCAG 2.2 accessibility criteria.
The formats of the materials
Word
Course materials and guides, editable, handed over to the client.
PowerPoint
The session presentations, which the trainer can adapt.
Video
Video guides with subtitles, for self-study.
The version handed out to trainees, PIN-protected on download.
Frequently asked questions
Does it replace the trainer?
No. The agent prepares the materials, exercises and tests and checks that they cover the objectives; the trainer approves them, runs the sessions and is accountable for the result.
Where do the screenshots and steps come from?
From the VOGO eBS application configured for your organisation. What cannot be seen on screen is not invented: it goes to the open questions.
What happens after a new version of the application?
The materials affected by the change are redone, on the same structure, so the training stays up to date.
In which languages?
In Romanian and, on request, translated into other languages, with formatting and pagination preserved.
Do I need any technical knowledge?
No. Write or dictate what you need, in the conversation, and download the resulting materials.
Where are the materials kept?
In the organisation's folder. Processing is based on the agreement between the organisation, VOGO and the provider of the artificial intelligence service.
