VOGO · Agent Video
The agent for application video guides
The script, the recording, the voice, the subtitles, the on-screen messages and the editing — prepared and checked by the agent, on the application configured for the client.
For training in implementation projects, for product presentations and for user help. The team approves and publishes.

Video guides prepared by the agent on the configured application; approval and publishing stay with the team
The agent keeps together what easily falls apart in a film: the picture, the voice and the text on the screen. Each scene has a single line, and the same line drives the on-screen action, the subtitles and the voice.
The recording is made on the VOGO eBS application configured for the client, with the exact names on the screen, so users find in the application what they saw in the film.
The team approves the voice text after listening to it; what is not visible in the application does not go into the lines.
Less editing work. Films up to date after every version. The same accountability, the team's.
The script
Short scenes, one line per scene, each with the on-screen action it shows.
The recording
On the screens of the configured application, with a visible cursor and an outline on the element being described.
Your own recording
The speech transcribed, checked against the frames and rewritten into clear lines, scene by scene.
The voice
A synthetic Romanian voice on the approved text, at a natural pace; the picture waits for the voice.
English terms
The pronunciation of each term is chosen from listened samples and stays the same in every film.
The subtitles
Synchronised with the real moments of the film, separate from the picture, ready to be styled.
The intro
An animated opening in the VOGO colours, with the module name and its keywords.
On-screen messages
Text bars and panels with a title and lines, at the moments chosen in the film.
Third-party data hidden
Addresses and names that must not appear are covered before the voice is added.
The editing
The editing project with voice, subtitles and music lowered under the voice, or the final film rendered directly.
The publishing texts
The title and description written for search, the chapters from the real moments of the scenes.
The team decides
The agent prepares and checks; the lines, the voice, the export and the publishing stay with the team.
From the subject to the published film
The subject
The flow to be shown, the audience and the path in the application to its screen.
The script
The lines, scene by scene, with the selectors taken from the real page; approved before recording.
The recording
On the configured application, with the session opened by a user; the demo data touched is recorded.
The voice
The voice text is played back in one go and corrected by the team until approved; then the voice goes on the film.
The editing
The intro, the on-screen messages, the subtitles and the music, in the editing project or in the final film.
The publishing
The team exports and publishes; the agent provides the title, description, chapters and the written guide from the film.
The films start from the approved configuration and the project's flows: users see exactly the screens they will use in production.
What the client receives for each film
The approved script
The lines of the film, scene by scene, the single source for picture, voice and subtitles.
The clean film
The application exactly as it is, with no text burned into the picture.
The film with voice
The film with the approved voice, holding on a frame where the voice needs time.
The subtitles
The synchronised subtitle file, for the editor and for publishing.
The control frames
One picture per scene, so the film can be checked without watching it.
The editing project
Editable, with the intro, the messages, the subtitles and the music, ready to export.
The publishing texts
The title, the description and the chapters of the film.
The written guide
The Word user guide from the same film: each scene a step with its screenshot.
The films and the editing projects remain the client's, for training new employees after the project ends.
What the client checks when receiving the films
On the real application
The film shows the application configured for the client, not a generic demonstration.
The path to the screen
The film starts from the home page and shows the navigation, not a jump straight to the target screen.
Voice and picture together
Each line says exactly what the scene shows; the timeline is measured, not assumed.
The same words
The names of menus, fields and buttons, exactly as on the screen.
No third-party data
No address and no name that must not appear in the film.
Up to date
After a change in the application, the film is recorded again from the same script.
The criteria are checked before delivery, not discovered at reception.
A video guide, from the subject to publication
The subject
Registering a new document in the electronic registry.
The script
The lines start from the home page and reach, step by step, the number the document receives.
The recording
Each step on the registry screens, with the outline on the field the line talks about.
The voice
The text is played back in one go, the team corrects the wording, then the voice goes on the film.
The editing
The module intro, a text bar at the key moment, the subtitles and the music.
The publishing
The title and chapters for search; from the same film, the Word user guide.
The same line, from the script to the subtitles: if the voice says something other than the screen shows, it is seen before editing.
The rules it works by, on every film
One source
The same list of lines drives the picture, the timing, the subtitles and the voice; nothing drifts at the first adjustment.
A measured timeline
The subtitles are written from the real moments of the recording, not from the planned durations.
An approved voice text
The voice reads the text corrected by the team after listening, not an unseen generated version.
Pronunciation from samples
Foreign terms are pronounced as the team chose, from samples, in the real line.
Checked on frames
Every scene has its frame, and a missed movement is visible on the picture before the voice.
Demo data recorded
What the recording changes in the demo environment is said before and noted after.
The rules come from the films already made for the VOGO eBS applications: every mistake found once becomes a check for the next film.
The formats of the materials
MP4
The final film, for publishing and for self-study.
Subtitles
The subtitle file, separate from the picture.
Editing project
The editable project, for adjustments without recording again.
Word
The user guide written from the film, with the screenshots of the scenes.
Frequently asked questions
Who publishes the film?
Your team. The agent prepares the film, the editing project, the title, the description and the chapters; the export and the publishing are done by a person.
Where do the pictures come from?
From the VOGO eBS application configured for your organisation, with the session opened by a user. The agent does not enter passwords.
Can we use a recording we made ourselves?
Yes. The speech is transcribed, the words are checked against the frames and the text is rewritten into lines; the synthetic voice can replace the original one.
What happens after a new version of the application?
The film is recorded again from the same script, with the same voice and the same editing, so the guide stays up to date.
In which language?
The voice and the subtitles are in Romanian. English terms stay in English in the subtitles and are pronounced as the team chooses.
Where are the films kept?
In the organisation's folder. Processing is based on the agreement between the organisation, VOGO and the artificial intelligence service provider.
