GateScanner Security Dome

Files enter the organisation only after being rebuilt clean

CDR — Content Disarm and Reconstruction: each file is taken apart, cleaned of macros, scripts and disallowed objects and rebuilt, without relying on recognising a virus signature.

A Sasa Software (CAS) Ltd. product, delivered, integrated and supported by VOGO. On premise, in a private cloud or as a service.

  • Over 300 file types
  • Zero-day and ransomware
  • Logs to the SIEM
GateScanner Security Dome

A single control point for all files coming in and going out

Suppliers, partners and citizens send files by e-mail, through portals, network shares or USB sticks. GateScanner Security Dome takes them all through the same circuit: ingestion, CDR sanitisation, delivery and storage.

The CDR engine removes the elements that break the policy — macros, scripts, embedded objects, risky links —, processes archives and embedded files recursively and delivers a rebuilt, usable version. New threats are neutralised without waiting for a signature.

Users keep working from Outlook, the browser and network folders; sanitisation happens transparently, and every upload, download and share stays in the log.

Ingestion. Sanitisation. Delivery. Proof.

Frequently asked questions

What is GateScanner Security Dome?

It is a platform for secure file transfer, sharing and collaboration, based on CDR technology: each file is cleaned and rebuilt before it reaches the recipient.

How is it different from an antivirus?

An antivirus looks for known signatures. CDR does not depend on them: it removes from the file everything the policy does not allow, so it also neutralises new, zero-day threats.

Who is the manufacturer?

Sasa Software (CAS) Ltd. VOGO delivers, integrates and supports the product at the organisation.

Where does it run?

On premise, as a virtual appliance on VMware vSphere or Microsoft Hyper-V, in a private cloud on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud, or as a SaaS service.
