VOGO-ROEID
From authentication to the submitted request, without a counter
The citizen is redirected to the ROeID authentication and, on return, the validated identity is matched with their profile in the portal. The request started continues exactly where it was left.
The account and profile are created automatically. A citizen who has already dealt with the institution — for instance through a taxable asset in the local authority’s records — is enrolled directly in the services that concern them.
The validated identity is linked to the applicant’s digital file, and every sign-in and every access stays in the log.
