The VOGO eBS APM agents
Language agents for Java, .NET, PHP, Node.js and Python, operating-system and container agents, without changing the application code.
VOGO eBS APM
APM — Application Performance Monitoring. Applications, databases, servers, virtual machines and containers, followed from a single web console, with the cause of every slowdown and the remediation action.
Installed at the organisation. Java, .NET, PHP, Node.js and Python, without changing the application code.
Every user request is followed through all the services it touches: the web server, the application server, the database, the calls to other systems. The slowdown shows on the step where it happens, with the SQL statement or the code function that causes it.
Below the applications, the same console follows the servers, the virtual infrastructure and the containers: processor, memory, disk, network and the virtual machines that consume the most resources.
When an indicator goes out of bounds, the system alerts and can run the agreed remediation action by itself.
From symptom to cause, in a single console.
Agents for Java, .NET, PHP, Node.js and Python that measure the application without changing its code.
Every transaction followed through the microservices, with the time spent in each step.
The dependencies between applications, services and databases, drawn from the real traffic.
Database operations and slow SQL statements, linked to the transaction that requested them.
Processor, memory, disk, network and processes, on every physical or virtual server.
Hosts and virtual machines, with those that consume the most resources.
Docker, Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift, with the resource use of each container.
Fixed thresholds or thresholds learned from each indicator’s history, with notifications by e-mail and in applications.
Applications, infrastructure and alerts in a Romanian-language web console, with a single login.
Remediation actions linked to alerts — restarting a service, scaling, clean-up — run automatically and logged.
A detected problem opens the ticket in VOGO eBS Service Desk by itself, with the diagnosis attached.
Availability and response times for each service, to follow the service levels.
Support, updates and training are provided by VOGO, as the product’s manufacturer.
Language agents for Java, .NET, PHP, Node.js and Python, operating-system and container agents, without changing the application code.
They aggregate the telemetry of each network zone, keep it during outages and send it encrypted to the server.
Distributed traces, metrics, service topology, dynamic baselines and anomaly detection.
The Romanian-language web console: role dashboards, service maps, root-cause diagnosis, alerts and reports.
Corrective scripts, starting and restarting virtual machines and containers, automatic tickets, all logged.
The product uses as mature open-source libraries: Apache SkyWalking, Zabbix and OpenTelemetry.
It is the VOGO product for application and infrastructure performance monitoring: it shows where time is lost in a transaction, which resource is at its limit and what has to be done.
No. The agents attach to the application at start-up and instrument it at byte-code level, for Java, .NET, PHP, Node.js and Python.
Yes. VOGO eBS APM is an integrated product, developed, licensed and supported by VOGO, with VOGO modules, console and support. The product uses as mature open-source libraries: Apache SkyWalking, Zabbix and OpenTelemetry.
On premise, in the organisation’s infrastructure. The monitoring data stays with the organisation.
