From the accounting list to the inventory report
The data of fixed assets and inventory items — the institution, the description, the category, the location, the barcode and the inventory number — is taken from the financial and accounting system. The inventory is initialised and reserved in the system.
In the field, the mobile app scans the codes and records findings and photos, even without signal. Unidentified items get a temporary label, and the data is synchronised with the central system.
Differences between physical and book stock are reconciled and approved, with real-time reports. Barcode labels are generated and printed automatically for each item.
