VOGO · Agent Accounting

The company's accounting assistant

The month's documents for the accountant, the filing calendar, the ledgers, the archive and the permanent file — requested from the chat, on the phone or on the computer, and prepared by the assistant.

It works on the company's computer, alongside the accountant. The accountant decides and files.

Agent Accounting

The company's accounting, in order; the decision, the accountant's

The team asks in the chat for what it needs, as it would ask an accounting assistant: "what is still missing for last month", "what returns do we have this month", "where is the contract with the accountant", "how long do we keep the statements". The assistant answers from the company's folders and from the text of the law in force.

It puts the month's documents in order — what we send the accountant and what we receive back — and keeps the archive by year. It keeps the company's permanent file up to date, and in an audit it shows what exists and what is missing.

Returns are filed by the accountant. The assistant prepares their documents and tracks the deadlines.

No incomplete month. No forgotten return. Nothing hunted for through folders.

The month's documents

Issued and received invoices, statements, receipts, expense reports and timesheets, sorted into the month's folders, ready to send to the accountant.

What comes from the accountant

Tax returns, payrolls, the trial balance and the ledgers, each put in its place.

The filing calendar

The returns the company files, according to its tax profile, with the deadline of each.

Ledgers and archive

The general journal, the inventory register and the general ledger; the archive by year, for the legal retention period.

The permanent file

The articles of association, the tax registrations, the accounting policies and the contract with the accountant, in one place.

The law, from the text

The Accounting Law, the Fiscal Code and the orders of the Ministry of Finance, read in their version in force.

Ready for audit

The documents requested in audits, for example ISO 9001 and ISO 27001: what exists, what is missing, what must be requested.

e-Invoices, from SPV

The XML or archive downloaded from ANAF's SPV becomes ANAF's PDF, and the number, supplier, tax code, total and VAT are taken over at registration.

Registry number

Invoices and letters received or sent get an incoming or outgoing number in the VOGO eBS registry.

Invoices from e-mail

Attachments received by e-mail, downloaded straight into the month's folder, with no copying by hand.

Deadline reminders

The deadlines of tax returns and of documents to send, reminded on the phone, by e-mail and on WhatsApp.

The accountant decides

The assistant prepares and checks; e-mails to the accountant remain drafts, documents leave by e-mail or WhatsApp only when a person asks, and the accountant files the returns.

Why companies choose it

The data stays with the company

The agent runs on the company's computer, on its folders.

It works with the accountant

It sends the accountant complete documents, on time; it does not take the accountant's place.

The law, checked

Deadlines and obligations are read from the text of the law in force, not from memory.

From the phone

The same chat on phone and computer: a question dictated on the go gets an answer from the company's folders.

The accounting side, alongside the financial side of VOGO Agent Finance — the same assistant we use in our own company.

Frequently asked questions

Does it replace the accountant?

No. Accounting, and accountability for it, stay with the accountant or the chartered accountant; the assistant prepares their documents and keeps them in order.

Does it file returns with the tax authority (ANAF)?

No. It tracks their deadlines and checks what has been received; the accountant files them.

How long are documents kept?

Ledgers and supporting documents are kept for 5 years, from 1 July of the year following the financial year, under Accounting Law no. 82/1991, art. 25. The assistant organises the archive by year.

Where is the data kept?

On the company's computer and in its accounts. Processing is based on the agreement between the company, VOGO and the provider of the artificial intelligence service.

How is it paid for?
